Swansea City AFC was founded in 1912 but they have joined the Football League in 1921. It is a Welsh (UK language), professional football club. In 1969 their name has been changed from Swansea Town to Swansea City.
Swansea AFC won several trophies these are, the League Cup one time, the Football League Trophy, 10 times Welsh Cup, seven times qualified for UEFA Cup Winners Cup, and the UEFA Europa League for 1 time, Swansea was the 1st Welsh club who played in the Premier League for the 1st time.
